CRYONITE® technology now available in USA

CTS will now officially be shipping to US
CTS Technologies, the maker of the “green” Cryonite® Pest Control System, today announce that it will officially be shipping to US-based pest controllers and other customers. Cryonite® is a poison-free freezing treatment that has been proven to be highly effective in killing bed bugs and their eggs as well as other pests in chemically sensitive industrial environments.
Zug, Switzerland June 24, 2008 – CTS Technologies, located in Switzerland and owner of the Cryonite® technology will today officially start accepting orders from US-based customers. The demand for this new green pest control technology is high on the US market, particularly from pest controllers specialized in fighting bed bugs.
“We are receiving information requests or orders from the US daily”, says Jonas Ahlberg, Business Area Manager of CTS Technologies AG. He continues, “It seems that the knowledge of our products has spread mouth to mouth because we have made virtually no investments in marketing for the US. While we hope to find a strong US-based distributor as a permanent solution, we cannot wait and as of today we officially accept orders from US-based customers.”
Cryonite® is an innovative new pest control treatment system that sprays fine frozen Carbon Dioxide snow; allowing for rapid and thorough penetration into cracks, crevices, and other pest harborage areas for excellent extermination results. Cryonite®, due to its rapid freezing, has been found to be highly effective as a treatment against even chemically resistant bed bugs. Typically, hotel and motel rooms are able to be returned to service the same day after a Cryonite® bed bug treatment. The Carbon Dioxide snow is dry and leaves no wet or chemical residue, keeping post-treatment clean up to a minimum and leaves no chemical odor.
Cryonite® has also been used against German cockroaches, Indian meal moths, and other pest problems in industrial and food preparation areas. As a Cryonite® treatment leaves no wet chemical residue and the pressurized spray penetrates conveyor equipment, electrical panels safely, it is an excellent poison-free treatment for food processing plants and industrial settings that cannot shut down for a traditional wet chemical treatment. Even hidden areas such as ventilation systems and drains in restaurants and bars can be treated with Cryonite® as part of an effective pest management program.
